Hello, my name is Yakіv. In April, I joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a volunteer. I took part in heavy battles for Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, and Bakhmut.

There I sustained a concussion, which caused hearing problems and an almost non-functioning arm. Doctors prescribed multiple medical examinations followed by long-term treatment.

Thanks to the “Iron Shield of Ukraine” Foundation, $140 was raised and used to purchase necessary medications for me. I sincerely thank the Foundation. Glory to Ukraine.

My name is Anna. My friend Anton is currently serving at the front. During battles for Ukraine, he suffered two severe concussions, which led to neurological complications. He was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, which may lead to disability without proper treatment.

He was prescribed an expensive medication — Humira injections. Treatment is required for at least six months, and one dose costs $110.

We did not have enough funds, so I reached out to the “Iron Shield of Ukraine” Foundation. Thanks to the foundation, 18,000 UAH was raised within a month, and part of the necessary medication was purchased. Now my friend has hope for recovery. Thank you to the foundation team.
